Whistling Straits
- Is there any doubt? The best golf course in Wisconsin is Whistling Straits. Although you might not think so the first time you play it. First time I play, I got whupped by this course. But I went back, and it's one of those places that the more you play it, the more you discover. Very tough course, but if you like a challenge that's a good thing. Very different look to what most of us are used to. Ginormous greens, good views of Lake Michigan, one of the very few courses in America that can be called a links.
