Why We Chose This Location for our Vacation
We always try to do something special for our anniversary, and, although neither one of us are great golfers, we wanted to be able to say we played two of the most famous courses in America.
What Made this a Great Family Golf Vacation for Us
We stayed at the Inn at Spanish Bay so we could have the full Pebble Beach resort experience. I don't know if it is possible to get a special deal here - I know we didn't! It was very expensive! Worth every penny and a favorite golf memory.
Advice
- As far as the course itself, we actually enjoyed Spyglass Hill better than Pebble Beach.
- At Pebble Beach you will have a gallery watching you at both the first tee and the 18th green. As you finish your round at Pebble Beach, it's best to at least par the hole (I did!) so people will applaud. ;-)
- Stay at the resort if you can.
- We should have stayed an extra day and played Spanish Bay.
