Krank golf Element issuesApril 22, 2013 By jeffreystone
I have both the Rage and the Element love them love them - issues with element not one piece head. I returned it the first day I hit it the out side weight broke off yes yes they fixed it and sent it back within a week that's great - I just used it in a tournament this weekend after only having it back month now. The first tee shot the head flew 50 yards up the fairway. So the rage good the element issues sorry to say and I love these guys and their clubs. But the element needs to go back to the factory and get reworked. I have asked for a return label for it from them just today I will get you know how they handle it.

Krank is a good clubJuly 20, 2012 By steve3929
I really enjoy this club. It is as advertised for length and accuracy although I don't think you will be hitting 400 yards anytime soon. I think the best way to put it is that I am hitting it as long or generally longer while swinging much easier. I must swing easy because swinging hard makes me hook pretty good. My only complaint so far with this club (I only have 2 rounds in) is that I haven't figured out how to hit a high draw yet. All in All I absolutely love this club and would recommend it to everyone.

Great response from the head with proper fitApril 20, 2012 By Qwerty_User1983
For background - I am 159 cm * 86 kg - I play right handed - I grip my driver along its normal weight (balance the driver on my right shoulder, and grip it from below), which equal to super strong grip. - I swing my driver really flat, and not releasing my driver head until well after impact, around my left leg, on rather slow tempo. - I swing my driver at 85 - 95 Mph - I Use Krank Rage 10.5 deg RH + UST Proforce V2 HL S 55 g, weight at D-6 With my swing style, most driver didn't give me a good performance, except Ping and Titleist one at play test. - With Taylormade, Callaway, and Cleveland, I can't even hit the ball. - With Ping and Titleist, I can hit at most 190 m carry + roll, but I didn't like the ""damp"" feel on Them. For some reason, I already crack 2 Titleist head on clean hit, just didn't know why. - With my Krank, I can hit 190 - 200 m carry without even trying to swing hard, and the longest drive I get is 250 m carry + roll. The best point is, even when I swing easy, it give me a simple ""ting"" sound and feel, but when I am really into it, the feel and sound change to a very loud ""TANG!!!"" which enough to warrant Everyone at driving range (and literally stop my practice for answering Their barrage of questions) But this driver is not out right good. At my first trial (using stock shaft), the driver just too light and very uncontrollable. The seller offer me to try it on my shaft (I use Tour Edge Bazooka on my V2 back then) and it work wonder; the driver become much more easier to use compared to my old. IMHO, without proper shaft, it is really hard to understand this driver ""beauty"". I won't change my driver again from time being; until I find better one (which I doubt such thing exist for now).

Krank golf clubJanuary 30, 2012 By CurtisHimes
This review is actually for the KRank chili pepper. I received this club as a gift tried to hit it but could not get good results, probably me. It sat in my bag for a couple years when I stopped playing golf. Recently I began playing again and decided to try the club again. I hit it okay right off so decided to spend some time working on it. After a few trips to the practice range I was hitting it well. Although on one hit the ball flew funny and the hit felt different, when I checked the face to see where the ball had struck I discovered the whole face had caved in. I contacted Krank and they would not stand behind it. They said they no longer carry this club but would discount the new Rage and I would only have to pay $180.00 for the head. I didn't even get a, I'm sorry this shouldn't happen, just an oh well. Maybe it happens a lot and they can't afford to make them all right. I would have been okay if they had even offered a used demo. but since their club face collapsed I should shell out 180 bucks, no thanks and if you purchase one good luck with yours.

krank rage driverJune 03, 2011 By Rossguilford
I purchased this driver last year. I am 58 years old and it seemed I was losing 10 yards off the tee each year. I bought this driver and OMG, what a difference. I went from an average drive including roll of 215 yards to 250 yards with the Rage. I played a lot of golf last year (40 rounds) and I bet I had 20 drives over 275 yards. My longest drive was 365 yards (albeit on a very firm fairway). I ended up buying another wedge because I was so much closer to the green on my second shot. I got the 9 degree, firm, 52 ounce fujikura diesel shaft. This club made golf fun again.

Krank Rage DriverApril 03, 2011 By JohnAllenB
Maybe my expectations were to high but I just did not pick up the distance I was hoping for. The loft on my driver is 9* and is to low. My game is decent and I am a 15 handicap so I would strongly say that for higher handicapers I would go with more loft just to carry a little further. The driver is good and forgiving, although I did not pick up much yardage. More loft and Im sure I would have gained. My ball off the tee will carry 230 and then roll anther 30 so it's not bad I just was expecting pro type distance and face it im not a pro, that was my fault and not the drivers. Shipping took about a week and the people were very nice. Price list on Krankgolf.com can be negotiated as I got $125.00 discount. If you buy one get more loft and dont get to stiff of shaft, their firm is any other companies stiff. All and all I would recommend one just dont expect something that is unreasonable as I have since then changed my thinking on.
