Woods' third Masters championship followed one year after his second, making Woods just the third back-to-back winner in Masters history, after Jack Nicklaus and Nick Faldo.
This was the seventh career major for Woods, which tied him, in his mid-20s, with legends Bobby Jones, Arnold Palmer, Gene Sarazen, Sam Snead and Harry Vardon.
