Question: When and where did Tiger Woods first make the cut in a PGA Tour event?
Answer: The first tournament on the PGA Tour schedule in which Tiger Woods made the cut was the 1995 Masters, when Woods was a 19-year-old amateur.

Woods had played in seven "regular" (non-major) PGA Tour tournaments prior to the 1995 Masters, missing the cut in all seven.

At that Masters, however, Woods opened 72-72 to make the cut, then shot 77-72 on the weekend to finish at 5-over 293, tying for 41st place.

After this point, Woods played in six more tournaments on the PGA Tour schedule as an amateur, withdrawing from one, missing the cut in one, and making the cut in four others.

See Tiger Woods' PGA Tour appearances as an amateur for the full list.
