About Tasha Browner:
Tasha did not start playing golf competitively until she was 15, which she says put her 10 years behind the 8-ball compared with other juniors that age. She broke 80 in her third tournament and it was then she decided she wanted to play college golf. She went on to win amateur titles in both San Diego and Los Angeles.

Although a native Southern Californian, Tasha chose Washington State University over golf-strong UCLA, because it provided her with the opportunity to play immediately and gain valuable experience while pursuing her studies.

She earned All-American status at Washington State where she captained her team, was named to the PAC-10 All Conference Team and graduated with honors - Magna Cum Laude.

Tasha is currently playing on the West Coast Ladies Golf Tour and has playing status on the Futures Golf Tour - where she has placed in the Top 25 in two out of three events.

She hopes her participation in "The Big Break III" will inspire more young girls to take up the game. She isn’t about to give up on her dream to someday play on the LPGA Tour. "You only have a small window to reach your dreams, and I’ve worked too hard to stop," she said.
