Youngest Golfer to Make the Cut in LPGA Tournament

LPGA Tour Records: Youngest to Make Cuts

By Brent Kelley, About.com

This record is for the youngest golfer to play in an LPGA Tour event with a cut and to make that cut.

And the recordholder is Michelle Wie, who was 13 years, 5 months, 17 days old when she made the cut at the 2003 Kraft Nabisco Championship, a major. Wie played in the final group of the final round and finished tied for ninth.

Note: Younger golfers have completed all scheduled rounds of a tournament, but in no-cut events.
