Here is the list players who've shot 28 over one nine in an LPGA Tournament: Shi Hyun Ahn, Danielle Ammaccapane, Pat Bradley, Renee Heiken, Chris Johnson, Young Kim, Candie Kung, Sarah Lee, Peggy Kirsch, Annika Sorenstam, Muffin Spencer-Devlin, Yani Tseng, Michelle Wie, Mary Beth Zimmerman, Song Hee Kim, Sun Young Yoo, Sara Kemp.
Zimmerman was the first to do it, at the 1984 Rail Charity Classic. Sorenstam's 28 came during her historic round of 59 at the 2001 Standard Register Ping.
