The number of golfers posting 125 in back-to-back rounds is now in double digits. But the golfer who did it first was Gay Brewer, who carded 64-61 in Rounds 2-3 at the 1967 Pensacola Open. It took 11 years before anyone matched Brewer's score, and 34 years before anyone bettered it.
