2009 PGA Championship
Y.E. Yang, a 37-year-old second-year PGA Tour player, began the final round one stroke behind Tiger Woods and paired with Woods in the final round. Unlike so many challengers to Tiger before, Yang stood up to the pressure. He chipped in for eagle on the par-4 14th to take the lead, then hit a magnificent 3-hybrid approach on the final hole, which he birdied for the final 3-stroke margin of victory.
