This is the motion illustrated when trick-shot artists, or Tiger Woods in his famous Nike commercial, throw balls into the air and hit them with their clubs. As they swing through, the right hip always moves inward. Another way to think about it is to visualize a baseball player hitting a low inside pitch. It is the same right hip action.

You should note that the right hip does not jolt out, and the club is naturally set on a nice downswing plane as the right hip turns inward. To confirm this hip action, look at your hip movement from the side in the mirror and, if done correctly, you will notice that your right side always stays behind your left.
