Finishing Hole

Definition: The last hole a golfer players during a round of golf. Most of the time, of course, that will be No. 18. On 9-hole courses, it will most commonly be No. 9. In a tournament with a shotgun start, the specific hole that is the finishing hole will differ for each group.
