Waialae Country Club outside Honolulu plays host to the PGA Tour Sony Open each year. The 7,020-yard, par-70 private course opened in 1927 and was designed by Seth Raynor. The course's nines are flipped for the Sony; that is, the members' No. 1 plays as the No. 10 hole for the PGA tournament.
