Torrey Pines Golf Course is a 36-hole municipal facility just outside San Diego, Calif., built on land sitting along oceanside cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There are two courses at Torrey Pines, the North Course and South Course, and both are used annually during the PGA Tour Buick Invitational.
The South Course is the more-famous and more-highly regarded of the two tracks, and hosted the U.S. Open in 2008. The South Course is the one pictured in this photo gallery.
