A Nicklaus Design project, the Mountain Course was codesigned by Jack and son Steve. It is set in the foothills of Mount Finlayson, offering great mountain views - but also offering views around the course of both ocean and of the city of Victoria below.
The Mountain Course at Westin Bear Mountain Victoria is a par-71 layout for men and par-72 for women. It tips out at 7,083 yards. The course also includes a "tiebreaker hole," a par-3 19th.
