The Three Models of Titleist 909 Drivers

  • 909 DComp: Built to produce a high launch angle with low to mid spin performance, the 909 DComp has a full pear profile. The low-density composite crown gives this model its name, as well as allowing for the center of gravity to be positioned low. Of the 909 series drivers, the 909 DComp has the largest profile, deepest and lowest center of gravity, and highest MOI.

  • 909D2: Built to produce a mid launch with low to mid spin, the 909D2 driver has a full pear profile and a mid-depth center of gravity location that helps maintain workability while providing improved distance on off-center strikes. The 909D2 has mid face depth.

  • 909D3: Built to produce a mid launch and low spin, the 909D3 has a deep face with a classic pear profile and traditional setup. This model has the most forward center-of-gravity position of the 909 series drivers, and offers the greatest degree of workability and trajectory control. (next page)
