These irons are aimed at golfers with handicaps of six or less, those golfers who want soft, workable irons. Like all KZG forged irons, the Tour Evolutions are double-forged in Japan.
Like the original Evolution set, the Forged Tour Evolution irons transition from cavity back to blade in small steps, with each iron head just 10-percent different from the previous one, according to the company.
But compared to the original Evolution, the Tour Evolution irons have technology features that appeal to many low-handicappers: smaller heads, thin cambered soles, minimal offset, higher center of gravity for a lower, more boring "Tour" trajectory.
The KZG Forged Tour Evolutions irons are available in right-hand only, 3-PW, with a satin polish or high chrome finish. The MSRP is $159 each.
