The Cobra FP (for "forgiveness" and "playability") Irons are new-and-improved, as the marketing slogan goes, for 2008, with changes to the design and to the stock shafts.

The 2008 FP Irons have increased MOI with a lower center of gravity compared to previous models. The head is sleeker and the sole is now mid-width. A plate on the full cavity back incorporates a urethane membrane to help dampen vibrations and improve feel.

The 2008 FP Irons also come with new stock shafts, the premium Aldila VS PROTO-HL or the Nippon N.S. Pro, intended to provide increased launch.

The King Cobra FP Irons have an MSRP of $600 per set with steel shafts or $720 with graphite shafts. The men's set includes 4-GW, the women's and senior sets 5-SW. Visit cobragolf.com for more, or compare prices for Cobra equipment.
