Henry-Griffitts was founded in the early 1980s by a pair of PGA Professionals who believed in custom fitting (and pioneered some of the clubfitting tools used today). The brand is now part of aboutGolf, the company best-known for its launch monitors and simulators. But Henry-Griffitts clubs are still fitted by "H-G Certified Teachers," and hand-assembled to the resulting specs.

The Henry-Griffitts Praxis PI driver boasts a 450cc clubhead whose body is made form forged GR4 Titanium, with a clubface machined from 6-4 Titanium and welded on in a cup-face design. Center of gravity is low and back in the clubhead, and a weight screw in the rear of the sole helps tune in launch angle. The face's characteristic time measures at the USGA maximum.

The head and clubface are larger than previous Henry-Griffitts drivers, and the look includes a black-on-black PVD finish.

The Henry-Griffitts Praxis PI driver comes in both RH and LH with lofts of 9.5, 12.5 and 15.5 degrees (plus 18.5 in RH only). The lie angle is 59.5 degrees and face angle is 0.5-degrees closed. Visit the H-G website to find a certified clubfitter. henry-griffitts.com
