The Cleveland Launcher Ultralite driver series includes four drivers in three different weight classes. All of them come standard with a Miyazaki C. Kua graphite shaft, and all utilize Cleveland's Right Weight Fitting System. As you surely surmised from the name of this driver series, these are lightweight clubs whose gram-savings help boost swing speed.

  • Launcher XL270 Driver: One of the lightest drivers on the market at only 270 grams, 25 grams less than the Cleveland Launcher DST. Comes with Miyazaki C. Kua 39 shaft, which Cleveland says is the lightest shaft yet played on the PGA Tour. Lofts: 9, 10.5 and 12.

  • Launcher XL270 Draw Driver: Same as above, but with more weighting near the heel and a slightly closed face angle to help golfers who struggle with slicing, or who want a draw shot shape. Lofts: 9, 10.5 and 12.

  • Launcher SL290 Driver: This model is 290 total grams with a Miyazaki C. Kua 43 series shaft and a lightweight Lamkin grip. Lofts: 9, 10.5 and 12.

  • Launcher TL310 Driver: This one is - you guessed it - 310 grams in total weight. This is the model aimed at lower-handicap players, with a Miyazaki C. Kua 59 series shaft designed with the better, stronger player in mind. Lofts: 8.5, 9.5, 10.5. (read review)
