The "QL" in the name of the Tour Edge Bazooka JMAX QL Irons stands for quick launch. Providing a higher launch and flight pattern and maximum forgiveness is the goal for these irons.

The JMAX QL Irons feature oversized clubheads on which 40-percent of the total clubhead weight is positioned around the perimeter. One of the ways Tour Edge achieves that perimeter weighting is by casting the clubs from a solid piece of 431 steel that produces the company's patented undercut one-piece cavity.

Combined with a super-thin face, the undercut cavity allows for the weighting properties that are designed to help golfers get the ball launched on a higher angle, with more forgiveness. A wide sole adds stability through the shot.

A standard set of Tour Edge Bazooka JMAX QL irons come in 3-PW. The suggested retail price is $299.99 per set with steel shafts, or $349.99 with graphite shafts. A combo set is also available, combining 5-PW JMAX QL irons with Nos. 3 and 4 JMAX Iron-Wood hybrids. The combo set's MSRP is $359.99 with steel shafts and $419.99 with graphite.
