Golfers have been going nuts for Ping's Craz-E putter. The response from golfers to the original Craz-E has been so good, Ping says, that the company is adding four new models to the Craz-E line.

Each new Craz-E putter boasts all of the original features and benefits, including: high MOI, due to extreme perimeter weighting; a full-face G2i insert to expand the sweet spot; low center-of-gravity positioning pulled back from the face for a straighter putt; an optigraphic alignment system to provide a longer line of sight; a smooth and consistent feel provided by a precision-milled insert cavity and face perimeter; and a soft G2i blue grip to enhance the feel of the putter.

"Acquiring 8 percent of the market share in its first five months is a notable feat for the Craze-E Putter," said PING Chairman and CEO John Solheim. "The new models give golfers another option in a proven design."

The new models are the Craz-E B, a belly putter; the Craz-E L, a long putter; the Craz-E H, with an Anser-style hosel; and the Craz-E C, which is center-shafted.

All are available in both right-handed and left-handed. The MSRP for the original Craz-E, plus the C and H models, is $160. For the L and B models, the MSRP is $200. All four new models begin shipping Nov. 15, 2004.
