What's In Your Bag?

Tell Us What You Play - and Why

By , About.com Guide

There are still a few publications and Web sites that run "what's in your bag" features focusing on professional golfers. What is in Geoff Ogilvy's bag? How about Ernie Els'? But those features really don't contain much useful information for "regular" golfers. After all, the pros are being paid to play the equipment they play.

But reading about equipment choices of your peers - "regular" golfers - can sometimes lead to ideas about how to improve your own equipment. Or how to find a better deal.

Click on a category below, and on the resulting pages you'll be able to tell us what's in your bag for each type of equipment - and read what other golfers are saying about current equipment options.

What about Training Aids?
We'd also like to hear how many training aids you've used - and whether any have helped your game. And if so, what the best golf training aids you've tried are. Share your opinion.

Gotta Be the Shoes?
There are many different styles of golf shoes out there. What is your favorite brand, model and/or style? Share your golf shoe recommendations with other golfers.

Then There's the Golf Bag Itself
When you choose your clubs, you also have to have a place to keep them, a way to transport them around the course. The golf bag, of course. What features do you look for in a golf bag?
