Email the Golf Guide

Like all the Guides at About.com, I'm a real person. I try to reply in a timely matter to email I receive from visitors to About.com Golf. It's always great to hear from readers.

But ... you just knew there'd be a "but," didn't you? ... please keep in mind that I receive a lot of email, increasing all the time. I won't always be able to reply in a timely manner or as thoroughly as I'd like, and I can't guarantee that all emails will receive a reply.

So, before emailing, please consider a couple options.

Rules Questions
If you have questions about the Rules of Golf, please do not email. Instead, post your question to the Rules Discussion area of our Golf Forum. There, several real tournament officials stand ready to answer questions.

General Golf Questions
• If you have a general question about golf, check our Golf FAQs first. Your question might already be answered there.

• Try posting your question in our Golf Forum, where other golfers may be able to help.

• If you believe certain information should be on the site, but you can't find it, use the Search box that appears at the top of every page on the About.com Golf site. Plug in the term you are looking for and, if it's on the site, it should show up (look below the "sponsored links" on the resulting search page).

Advertising - Technical Issues - Newsletters
• If you are interested in advertising on the About.com Golf site, please visit the Be An Advertiser section.
