Brent Kelley

Brent Kelley is a sports journalist who has been involved in covering golf for more than two decades, at newspapers, magazines and online.

Brent has been a sports journalist since 1986, serving as editor and writer at both newspapers and Web sites. He has produced special sections on golf for newspapers, and served as a newspaper golf columnist. Brent's freelance writing on golf has appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines.

I'm not just a golf journalist. I've experienced the many joys this game has to offer, as well as its frequent come-uppances. I've struggled with my swing, but also pulled off those wonderful, but all-too-rare, perfect shots that always leave you wanting to play another 18. I've cried as Jack Nicklaus won the 1986 Masters, screamed at the television set as Phil Mickelson blew the 2006 U.S. Open, and marvelled at the awesome talents of Tiger Woods.
