Sunriver Resort, in Sunriver, Oregon (near Bend), has been named one of just 25 Gold Medal golf resorts in the U.S. by "Golf Digest."

The resort boasts 54 holes of golf: The Crosswater Course was designed by Bob Cupp; the Meadows Course was designed by John Fought; and the Woodlands Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.

Pictured above is the resort's Putting Course. When a putting course is so impressive, you know it's a special place. Sunriver's Putting Course was designed by John Fought and features putts of close to 700 feet in length over bentgrass turf.
