I like the putting drill Jill McGill demonstrates because it involves practicing speed on the practice green, rather than trying to make putts on the practice green. Too often golfers think they must make their practice putts, and when they don't it affects confidence on the course. McGill's drill is demonstrated in a small but clear video and is easy to understand and replicate.
