Guide Review - Sonartec SS-02 7-Wood
It's a great and rare thing to come across a club that performs exactly as advertised. The SS-02 fairway wood (7-wood is what we tested) is one of those clubs. In fact, this was the best-liked club tested by About Golf up to that point. Players of all skill levels who tried this club raved about it. The appearance and feel drew great reviews (only negative being the lack of an alignment arrow or dot on the crown - a very minor point). Distance was superb. The lower trajectory will not be the best choice for people who have trouble getting the ball airborne, but it produced great roll and control. And the balanced-weighting, as opposed to sole-weighting, helped minimize off-center effects. Read full review for more on Sonartec clubs.
