Description
Guide Review - Dunlop 65u Golf BallDunlop's VP/Marketing Shane Duffy says of the 65u, "The target was to make a urethane ball that flew straighter off the tee but still offered a high spin rate into the green. We made the cover a little firmer and used the non-circular Moebius dimple geometry to improve tee shot accuracy." I'm a big fan of this ball. As is Dunlop, otherwise they would not invite comparisons to the Titleist Pro V1 as they do on the packaging. No, it's not the Pro V1 - but for an MSRP of $24.95 per dozen, you certainly get your money's worth. The 65u has a crisp feel - not too soft, not to hard. It might not match the distance of Dunlop's popular LoCo, but the 65u is no slacker in that department. And it has a nice feel around the greens and on putts. Related Guide Picks |
