Positives of this Club
Great looking deep face, which I prefer in a driver. Doesn't look as large as other 400cc heads because of the deep face. Solid feeling club.

Negatives of this Club
I don't care for the grip. I realize it's a lightweight grip to get the swingweight to D2, but I prefer cord grips, which if you put one on would lower the swingweight to D0 or possibly C9. You can always add lead tape, but who wants to do that. Plus, I like to have a center alignment arrow on the top of the clubhead.

Review:

I tested this club on a launch monitor with the stock golf shaft in stiff flex (swing speed 105-107). Despite the correct launch angle the carry on this club was 10 yards less than the Taylor Made R580. Perhaps it was the shaft, but other guys I talked with have experienced the same thing even after re-shafting with the Graphite Design Purple Ice, McLean Harrison Striper or Grafalloy Blue. I have to wonder why Cleveland's big guns (Singh, Toms and Rollins) don't play this driver.
