"Big Break VII" - Round 4 Eliminations

Wednesday April 4, 2007
Another of the weakest players in "Big Break VII: Reunion" got the boot Tuesday night, but so did one of the strongest characters.

Kelly Murray, the Yoga-loving, Zen-spouting long-drive competitor from Canada, could be annoying, but he was also highly entertaining. Alas, he didn't play well throughout the episode, and David Gunas defeated Kelly in the elimination challenge.

Gunas put himself and his teammate, Pamela Garrity, into that elimination challenge by cold-topping an attempted draw around an obstacle. Gunas called it "the worst shot in the history of 'Big Break.' " And while it was plenty embarrassing, we can inform David that Mark Farnham still has the "distinction" of hitting the worst shot in the show's history. In fact, about 10 of them.

Kelly's partner, Nikki DiSanto, was the other contestant eliminated. Nikki had about a 4-footer to tie Pam in the final section of the elimination challenge, but weakly missed.

So Kelly Murray and Nikki DiSanto are eliminated.
