There have been rumors aplenty about Tiger Woods' return date to the PGA Tour. Some have made no sense; others have made plenty of sense. But what did Woods himself say about returning to the PGA Tour in his statement/apology on Friday? This:
"I do plan to return to golf one day, I just don't know when that day will be. I don't rule out that it will be this year."
