Cast Revealed for "Big Break Disney Golf"

Wednesday August 19, 2009
Yep, it's almost that time again: Time for another season of The Big Break on the Golf Channel. The long-running "reality" series is back for its 12th season, called Big Break Disney Golf, and debuting in October 2009.

We posted about a month ago the news that one of the cast members is Andrew Giuliani, the controversy-causing son of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani. Now the Golf Channel has revealed the remaining cast members, and it's quite an interesting crew.

Included are the Finau brothers, Tony and Gipper, who turned pro in 2007 at the ages of 17 and 16, respectively. There's the brother of a successful PGA Tour pro, the son of a soap opera star, an Olympic gold medalist, a pizza delivery guy, and one contestant about whom the Golf Channel says he "gave up golf for 20 years after being kidnapped..." Hmmm. Lots of variety, and probably lots of characters.

The weakest three, Shawn, Kevin & Blake. Neither are ready for the PGA…think to much…no confidence…Blake let Guliani get in his head Day1.

Look at the remaining players…they just go out and do what they do best paly golf.
