From the Glossary: Red, White and Blue Tournament

Have you ever heard of a Red, White and Blue tournament? An emailer recently told us that this tournament format is well-known in the Northwest, but "they've never heard of it in Florida."

We can't vouch for that, but we do know what a Red, White and Blue tournament is. And so will you after reading the definition (hint: it has to do with tee markers).
