What's a "nitrogen-charged" driver? It's the PowerBilt Air Force One driver, whose clubhead holds nitrogen gas under pressures of up to 150psi. The gas, PowerBilt says, buttresses the clubface without the need for mechanical bracing, and that allows the company to use thinner, more flexible clubfaces.
The nitrogen-powered driver leads off our latest roundup of new equipment. Also included are Titleist Vokey wedges, TaylorMade Rossa putters, plus golf bags and travel bags. View the gallery.
