"Lunge with a Twist" to Add Yards

More yards are the holy grail of golf. Everyone wants to hit the ball farther, from the 36-handicapper to the major championship winner.

One way to add yards is to introduce golf-specific flexibility and strength exercises into your routine. An exercise called the "Lunge with a Twist" can help you add yards by leading to an increase in swing speed. Check it out.
