More Vijay

Earlier in the week, we noted that Vijay Singh has tied Phil Mickelson on the list of all-time PGA Tour career wins. Both players have 34 tour victories at this point, which ties them for 13th place on the all-time list.

In its weekly e-notes release today, the PGA Tour notes that Singh has won 22 times since turning 40 (the record), and that counting only those wins since turning 40, Singh would still rank 27th on the all-time wins list.

Another way to look at it: Vijay has more wins in his 40s than Lanny Wadkins, Hale Irwin, Greg Norman, Ben Crenshaw, Tom Kite, Davis Love III, Nick Price, Julius Boros, Curtis Strange, Ernie Els and Fred Couples have or had in their full careers.
