One injury that happens to me on occasion, is a strained muscle near my left rib area. This happens when I when I hit the ball fat with my irons. The club stops abruptly, yet my torso keeps pulling. I see a few fat shots by the pros and I don’t hear of anyone having that injury. How would I stretch out my torso to prevent that from happening again?
