Balance goes further than just the body however. You need a balanced approach to the game with your mind in sync with your body.
You need to only consider the one stroke that you are playing and not let other holes impact on your balance….
Practice hitting some shots with your feet close together (about six inches apart). This forces you to maintain better balance, tempo, and rhythm and will prove effective when you go back to hitting from your normal stance. Practice makes perfect but good instruction can make a golfer better.
I enjoyed reading your post.Balance is important in every sport. You see the best baseball hitters and they are rarely off balance. The best golf swings always look in balance.
