When you're finished raking a bunker, what do you do with the rake? Do you place the rake inside or outside the bunker? Are there rules or guidelines that govern the placement of rakes? This entry in our Golf FAQ addresses these questions.

I have found that most rakes are to be left in the bunker. Local course rules are generally the above case. Played just yesterday where the rake had a permanent tag that said “place in bunker”
