U.S. Open Just a Fortnight Away

Thursday May 31, 2007
The U.S. Open is just two weeks away. This year's U.S. Open tees off at Oakmont Country Club on June 14. The field is filling in, but there are still 14 sectional qualifiers left to play. Those qualifiers take place on Monday (June 4); you can find sites here, each with a list of entrants. And yes, you'll see plenty of big names in those sectionals.

For a list of players already in the U.S. Open, check here.

And let's start talking 2007 U.S. Open champion. Who is your pick to win?

3) Zach Johnson
4) Phil Mickelson
5) Geoff Ogilvy
6) Rory Sabbatini
7) Adam Scott
8) Vijay Singh
