The LPGA has announced two charities to which golfers may donate if they wish to make a memorial to Patty Berg, the Hall of Famer and LPGA founder who died on Sunday.
Denote on your check that the donation is "In Memory of Patty Berg," and mail to one of the following charities:

The LPGA Foundation

Daytona Beach, FL 32124
(Donations to The LPGA Foundation in memory of Patty Berg will be earmarked for junior golf programs.)
