European Ryder Cup captain Ian Woosnam made his captain's selections on Sunday and Team Europe is now set for the competition that takes place in several weeks.
Darren Clarke, who hasn't played a tournament since the death of his wife just prior to the British Open, and Lee Westwood were Woosnam's picks to round out the team. Jose Maria Olazabal and Paul McGinley were the final two players to make the team on the strength of the automatic selection process.
