U.S. Open, Day 3: Mickelson Tied for Lead with Ferrie

On another tough day at Winged Foot, Phil Mickelson fired one of only two sub-par rounds to move into a tie for the lead after three rounds of the U.S. Open.

Mickelson posted a 69 on Saturday and is at 2-over for the championship, tied with Kenneth Ferrie. Ferrie bogeyed the final hole to card a 71 for the round. The only other sub-par round of the day was another 69 by Ryuji Imada.
