Yonex has a new nanotechnology-driven driver, Adams is offering low-profile fairway woods and Guerin Rife has putters that are a bit more traditional than its breakthrough Two-Bar. Here are quick hits on those products:
Yonex Cyberstar Nanospeed Driver: The Yonex Cyberstar Nanospeed Driver utilizes Dual Nanoscale Technology in both its head and shaft. The design is intended to help golfers increase clubhead speed. The Cyberstar Nanospeed Driver has a 460cc clubhead with a Fullerene (nano carbon) crown, which Yonex calls "the thinnest the golf industry has ever seen." The clubhead is paired with a "Fullerene + Elastic Ti reinforced" shaft, whose design is intended to provide greater resiliency and to lighten the overall weight of the club. More info

It comes in 13-, 14.5-, and 16-degree versions with an MSRP of $249.99. The RPM Low Profile Fairway Woods are designed especially for shots off the ground. Guerin Rife GR6 Series Putters: Guerin Rife gains a lot of steam in 2005 with its Two-Bar Putters. The new GR6 Series putters, called the Aussie and the Mr. Beasley, sport more traditional designs. The Aussie is a classic heel and toe cavity back design with a short slant hosel. The Mr. Beasley is a mallet with a wide heel and toe flange and a large sight line.
