Improve Flexibility with Rotational Hamstring Stretch

A lack of flexibility causes many recreational golfers to develop poor swing habits, or a swing that fails to reach maximum efficiency. Fitness instructor Sean Cochran has a suggestion: try some flexibility exercises. One of his favorites is the Straight Leg Rotational Hamstring Stretch, a stretch that works the lower back, hamstrings and mid-section.
