The Colors of Maxfli: RedMax, plus Lime, Lemon, Tangerine and Raspberry Noodles
Monday October 17, 2005
Does a tangerine noodle sound tasty to you? No, but a tangerine Noodle might. As in Maxfli's popular Noodle golf balls.
Maxfli has a couple new balls on the way. The Noodle family of golf balls is now at four lines: the Long and Soft Noodle, Longest Noodle, Softest Noodle, and Noodle Ice. The first three are self-explanatory, but what's the Noodle Ice?
It's a golf ball with a transparent cover, allowing the core beneath the cover to be seen. And Maxfli has colored the Noodle Ice's core either lime-green, lemon-yellow, tangerine-orange or raspberry-red.
The Maxfli RedMax is a complement to the BlackMax, released last year. The BlackMax is in the same category as the Titleist Pro-V1 and Bridgestone Tour B300; the RedMax is all about distance. It's a two-piece ball with a low-compression core with an MSRP of $25 per dozen.
