Walk the Walk: The Benefits of Walking Golf

The USGA has an ongoing effort to convince golfers to leave our carts behind and return to the game's roots - by walking the course. And there are good reasons to do so. Some are related to the "nature of the game," but you don't have to be nostalgic for simpler times to embrace walking. Walking golf has benefits for your health and the golf course, in addition to the game's traditions.
